About Oak & Eagle
Gage Anderson is the founder of Oak & Eagle Construction and a former commercial construction superintendent recognized for his ability to translate complex architectural challenges into clear, executable plans. OSHA 30–certified and LEED Green Associate–certified, Gage has trained under and worked alongside respected experts throughout the construction industry, earning their trust through disciplined leadership, technical expertise, and an uncommon attention to detail.
His background includes managing large-scale commercial projects where precision, coordination, and code compliance were critical to success. In these environments, Gage became known for creating structure out of complexity—developing clear plans, realistic timelines, and a defined path forward for teams to execute with confidence.
