Level 4 work - Execute larger renovation projects after the transaction has closed. Level 4 work is designed for post-closing renovation and improvement projects that fall outside the constraints of a real estate transaction. These scopes allow for broader planning, expanded timelines, and deeper material or design involvement without introducing risk to closing. This level is ideal once ownership has transferred and decisions can be made without transaction pressure.
